In the assembly workshop, you may be difficult to find out Cai Cong. It is because his job is to install the power take-off, which requires underbody operation for a long time.

He always keeps silent and unnoticed during work, even during walk. Sometimes, however, he could make a great coup, for instance, he won the third prize in the company’s activity of cost decreasing and benefit increasing in 2013, and the first prize in the company's skills competition of power take-off installation in 2015. It is hard to escape his shadow in almost all of the company's activities. Thanks to unremitting efforts, he was praised as the company's outstanding staff in 2015, which also represents the company's recognition of his work.

One thing gave me a deep impression. On one day, I went off work relatively late, and found no one in the workshop but Cai Cong. I was not hurry to leave, so I walked up to him and talked with him. I was curious why he worked overtime. He explained to me the entire process. In the afternoon, when a car was experiencing the refueling commissioning, the power take-off was unable to put in place, but after inspection, both the power take-off installation and electric installation were correct. When he learned it, he immediately came for inspection.

“I have checked it. The electromagnetic valve is working, and there is air. So, I am sure that the power take-off itself has a problem,” he scratched his head and said to me with confidence.

In this case, the thing had nothing to do with him. But, he simply found out the problem with his own experience - “the internal cylinder is a little bit tight.” Eventually, he found the tool to adjust it well, without impact on the power take-off.

“Awesome, ah, are you afraid of putting your own things off after waste of such a long time.” I joked.

“In fact, you think, if I did not find the problem, the next occurrence of the thing would waste the time of a lot of people, and if I did not repair the power take-off, they would spend more time to replace the power take-off. The waste of my own little time saves the time of many people. It is very worth!” Now, I still remember the ray of light in his eyes when he said the words. 

Handler has many people like Cai Cong, who are making contributions quietly at ordinary positions with the spirits of hard work and constant improvement. They are our learning example, and the most loveable people in our hearts. It is the group of selfless and dedicated people who shape the future of Handler.
